Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll get another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it’s been lost in transit, please contact us right away at support@toshfashions.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We’ll work with you to make it right.
